A very well presented 4 bedroom modern town house with superb views from the rear of Beverley’s iconic Minster. The centrally located property provides comprehensive accommodation laid out over 3 floors and amounting to around 1,450 sq feet (including the garage). A superb property in a great location and early viewing is essential.
The property has been a family home for the current owners for some time but has been updated and offers a high level of appointment. The attached garage has been extended and provides a very useful space. The rear garden is west facing, not particularly overlooked and has very appealing views towards the Minster. The good sized first floor living room has a bay window and benefits from the extra light its position affords it. With gas fired central heating and uPVC double glazing the accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance Hall, modern fitted Kitchen, Dining Room with French windows onto the garden and side Entrance Hall with cupboard that retains plumbing for a WC. To the first floor is a good sized Living Room, Master Bedroom with en suite Shower Room and House Bathroom and to the first floor there are 3 further Bedrooms. The 31ft long garage has a window and door to the rear garden. The rear walled west facing garden has an extensive block paved patio area, lawn and borders.
A really lovely house to find in such a central location and early viewing is essential. We have a very informative 360 degree tour available which will provide a very useful overview of the house.
LOCATION
The property is located in the historic centre of Beverley, close to its famous Minster and the old Dominican Friary, hence the street name. Friars Lane is a no through road so there is very little vehicular movement in the street, particularly outside of No 12 which is towards the end of the cul de sac. Behind a high brick wall across the street there is the Beverley to Hull railway line and indeed the railway station is a very short walk away so trains using the line are on their approach or departure from the station. Across the railway line there is another road and then Beverley’s Flemingate centre with its range of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment amenities. With that and all the rest that central Beverley offers, you do have much of what you are ever likely to need almost on your doorstep.
