Originally established in 1885 as Cook & Dee, Dee Atkinson & Harrison has long been involved with property sales, auctions, agriculture and the sale of fine arts in the East and North Yorkshire Areas. We are based in East Yorkshire with long established high profile offices in the Market Towns of Driffield and Beverley and in the West Hull town of Hessle. We also have an Auction Saleroom close to the centre of Driffield where we hold regular auction sales of Antiques, Fine Arts and 20th Century household furniture.

As a professional mixed practice firm our Partners are all qualified, being members or fellow members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and of The Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.  Our Lettings department is headed by experienced Managers who are members of ARLA (the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.  Our Fine Arts saleroom is led by two qualified and experienced valuers and auctioneers with a wealth of knowledge
