Adrian is the partner in charge of our offices in Beverley and Hessle and has worked in these and the surrounding parts of East Yorkshire since joining the then “Dee & Atkinson” in 1975. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, he has a broad knowledge and wealth of experience in the local property market, being not only closely involved with all property sales, but also providing the firm’s professional surveying and valuation services in this area.
Jeanette joined the company in 2005 after working for an estate agency in York. She feels very lucky in that she loves her job and that her skills are in being able to deal with any person and possible situation with understanding and compassion, as she only ever wants to achieve a positive outcome for everyone. She considers that If you have to do a little bit extra to get a result for the client, then that’s just part of the job. The most gratifying outcome for Jeanette is handing the keys over on completion day to a "thank you for your help," or for those who move around a lot to come back and say "I'm back again", or to receive personal recommendation from a seller’s family or friend.
Lucy joined our Beverley office team early in 2017. Having in earlier years spent a number of school and university vacation periods helping us out in the sales office and with accompanied viewings, she quickly gained good feedback from our clients and prospective purchasers. We were therefore pleased when she approached us confirming she was looking for a career change, and she now enjoys matching our clients’ properties with the right buyers and plays an important role in the areas of sales and marketing, whether face to face, in the local press or on our website and social media.

Simon is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the Driffield area and is the partner in charge of the residential sales office in Driffield. Simon also has the overall responsibility for the Lettings Department and has been the driving force behind our very successful property auctions. He is the fifth generation of his family to be a partner in the firm and being a Driffield person born and bred, he has a vast local knowledge which is vital to anyone in the business of valuing property.
Sarah joined Dee Atkinson & Harrison in 1998 as a sales negotiator and during her time with the company she has experienced the property market 'ups and downs'. This experience enables her to give knowledgeable advice to clients which when coupled with her marketing and negotiating skills makes her an invaluable member of our Driffield team. Sarah also has a keen eye for interior design and an excellent knowledge of what helps to sell houses. This attention to detail means she is able to provide advice and tips on the presentation of your property in order to maximise the chance of a sale.
Toni joined the firm in 2012 but also has previous experience in working for a residential sales and letting agent. A local girl who has excellent local knowledge and has been well trained to handle the administrative duties of this busy office. As Toni is based in the reception area, she is also experienced in handling the wide variety of sales or lettings enquiries and she thrives on being well organised and efficient. She is also responsible for the administrative side of our property auctions.
Norma has been a key part of our Driffield sales team since she returned to her roots in East Yorkshire and joined the company in 2005.
With many years working in sales and marketing Norma possesses excellent customer service and communication skills, always happy to listen and offer clients help and advice throughout the process of viewing, buying or selling property.
Wendy is one of our longest serving employees having joined the company in 1995 as a full time receptionist. Her love for property and efficency meant that she quickly progressed to a role of senior negotiator. Following her semi retirement she now works part time bringing her vast experience and local knowledge to the lettings and sales team when needed.

Deena recently joined the residential team to strengthen our depth of service to clients in the Beverley and west of Hull regions. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience within both the lettings and sales sectors of the Industry, having previously pioneered and managed her own agency for over a decade and more recently worked as Associate Director for a local firm. She considers herself to be very passionate about her job and very focused and experienced in the demands of the industry.
Karen has been looking after our vendors in West Hull and surrounding villages since April 2008, helping many people to find and successfully purchase their dream home in as smooth and easy a transaction as possible. She is also able to help landlords and tenants in the rental side of our business. Karen's love for her job helps her to provide a friendly, professional and conscientious approach to her customer’s needs, liaising with all parties at various stages of the process, Karen does her utmost to ensure it is as stress free as possible for what will be for most, the biggest purchase they make or that all important decision to sell their prized possession.
Jo is that latest addition to the Hessle office Team. she was a legal secretary living in London for 12 years but being a local girl at heart, decided to return to her roots and she has never looked back since! Before joining the company in 2014 she worked as a sales negotiator in the West Hull area for 4 years where she gained invaluable knowledge in the estate agency industry. In her words; "The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the process through from beginning to end, dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone."
