Our dedicated Residential Lettings team have staff based at all three residential offices and cover the letting and management of a portfolio of over 300 properties.  The work is divided between the Driffield area and Beverley/Hull with a dedicated full time lettings manager heading up both areas.  The team is ably assisted by the reception staff at all offices who handle general enquiries and book viewing appointments.

Wendy Olsen, MARLA BA(Hons)

Lettings Manager

Wendy joined the company in May 2011 as Lettings Manager for our Driffield branch, bringing with her over 10 years experience in the field of property management and marketing.   Having worked in various regions of the country, Wendy returned to her home county of East Yorkshire to join Dee Atkinson & Harrison and utilise her extensive local knowledge. Being fully ARLA qualified, Wendy is committed to providing the highest standards of service to all of our clients.

Alison Johnson, MARLA

Lettings Consultant

Alison headed our lettings department for many years as a full time lettings manager.  Following a decission in 2010 to move to a part time position she now takes more of a back seat role as a consultant working primarily for multiple landlords and our long standing Estate clients.  Her vast experience and legal knowledge makes her an essential asset to this busy department.

Simone Duggleby

Lettings Assistant

Simone joined Dee Atkinson and Harrison in 2005 and has been an established member of the Driffield team for the past 7 years.  Simone excels in the maintenance aspect of the Lettings Department and prides herself with good customer relations with Landlords, tenants and suppliers.

Chris Hughes

Lettings Assistant

Chris is the latest addition to the Lettings Team and is based in the Driffield Office.  Although he is a native of this area he gained his lettings experience in the West Riding after injury problems ended his career as a professional rugby player. Chris is a friendly and enthusiastic person who is keen to assist and pleasant to deal with.  

Zoe Warters

Partners Secretary

Zoe joined Dee Atkinson and Harrison in 1999.  Having started as Office Junior and worked her way up to the position of Partners Secretary, Zoe has developed vast knowledge and experience in both the residential sales and lettings departments.   She not only handles the typing and admin for the sales department but also does the lions share of administration for the lettings team as well.  Latterly, her role has expanded even further through being involved in the administration of our property auctions.  As Zoe is physically based in the reception area, she is also more than capable of handling the wide variety of sales or lettings enquiries and she thrives on being well organised and efficient.

Mo Atkinson

Lettings Administrator

Mo has a vital role within the Lettings team - she makes sure that all our Landlords and contractors get paid!  She is also responsible for the return of deposits at the end of the tenancies and keeps an eye on rental payments making sure that any late payments are flagged up to the managers quickly.   With over 300 properties to process rents for, her role is not only vital but also a busy one.

Matthew Wride

Lettings Manager

Matthew has been employed by Dee Atkinson & Harrison for the last four years, gaining experience of the Residential Sales market before taking up his current role as Lettings Manager for the Beverley and Hessle offices earlier this year.  Before joining the company, Matthew spent five years working within the Residential Lettings industry for another established local firm  where he gained valuable experience and knowledge of local market conditions, as well as qualifying for membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).  Working in tandem with Wendy Olsen and assisted by a dedicated Lettings team, Matthew aims to provide a personable and professional service to both Landlords and tenants alike.

Gillian Harrison

Lettings Assistant

Gillian joined Dee Atkinson and Harrison in May 2010, initially working from our Driffield Office before transferring to Beverley as part of the planned expansion of the Lettings Department and improvement of the service to our landlords and tenants.  Born and bred in the area, Gillian has a sound knowledge of the locality and provides efficient administrative and practical assistance across all aspects of the Lettings business.  She is always cheerful and happy to help.
