Our residential office in Driffield is located in a busy central position and provides generous window displays including two high brightness screens running a slide show of properties from both the Driffield and Beverley offices.  The office also provides customer parking to the rear (approached from Exchange Street).  Our friendly team have excellent local knowledge and are experienced in marketing and selling property in all market conditions.

Simon is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the Driffield area and is the partner in charge of the residential sales office in Driffield.   Simon also has the overall responsibility for the Lettings Department and has been the driving force behind our very successful property auctions.  He is the fifth generation of his family to be a partner in the firm and being a Driffield person born and bred, he has a vast local knowledge which is vital to anyone in the business of valuing property.

Sarah Walford

Sales Negotiator

Sarah joined Dee Atkinson & Harrison in 1998 as a sales negotiator and during her time with the company she has experienced the property market 'ups and downs'.  This experience enables her to give knowledgeable advice to clients which when coupled with her marketing and negotiating skills makes her an invaluable member of our Driffield team.   Sarah also has a keen eye for interior design and an excellent knowledge of what helps to sell houses.  This attention to detail means she is able to provide advice and tips on the presentation of your property in order to maximise the chance of a sale.

Norma was born and grew up in East Yorkshire and as such she has an excellent local knowledge.

Zoe Warters

Partners Secretary

Zoe joined Dee Atkinson and Harrison in 1999.  Having started as Office Junior and worked her way up to the position of Partners Secretary, Zoe has developed vast knowledge and experience in both the residential sales and lettings departments.   She not only handles the typing and admin for the sales department but also does the lions share of administration for the lettings team as well.  Latterly, her role has expanded even further through being involved in the administration of our property auctions.  As Zoe is physically based in the reception area, she is also more than capable of handling the wide variety of sales or lettings enquiries and she thrives on being well organised and efficient.

Wendy Fenton

Part Time Receptionist/Negotiator

Wendy is one of our longest serving employees having joined the company in 1995 as a full time receptionist.  Her love for property and efficency meant that she quickly progressed to a role of senior negotiator.  Following her semi retirement she now works weekends and provides holiday cover where her vast experience is utilised to the full.
