Adrian Harrison, MRICS
Partner
Adrian is the partner in charge of our offices in Beverley and Hessle and has worked in these and the surrounding parts of East Yorkshire since joining the then “Dee & Atkinson” in 1975. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, he has a broad knowledge and wealth of experience in the local property market, being not only closely involved with all property sales, but also providing the firm’s professional surveying and valuation services in this area.

Jeanette Keen
Sales Negotiator
Jeanette joined the company in 2005 after working for an estate agency in York. She feels very lucky in that she loves her job and that her skills are in being able to deal with any person and possible situation with understanding and compassion, as she only ever wants to achieve a positive outcome for everyone. She considers that If you have to do a little bit extra to get a result for the client, then that’s just part of the job. The most gratifying outcome for Jeanette is handing the keys over on completion day to a "thank you for your help," or for those who move around a lot to come back and say "I'm back again", or to receive personal recommendation from a seller’s family or friend.

Dawn Todd
Partners Secretary
Dawn joined the company in 2006, taking on the role of Partners Secretary. Dawn assists Adrian Harrison, and the team at the Beverley office as a whole, with all aspects of secretarial and administrative duties including all typing and creation of property brochures. A friendly demeanour and efficient approach to all office tasks makes Dawn a valued member of our busy team.

Claire Arundel
Receptionist
Claire lives in Driffield with her family and started working in estate agency there 20 years ago, straight from finishing school. Having learned the ropes as a sales negotiator and then moving to spend a further 5 years with another competitor in Beverley, she joined Dee Atkinson & Harrison in 2002 as a part time receptionist/sales negotiator. She says she has always enjoyed her job and often feels privileged to be part of such a personal event for people whether they are selling or purchasing.

Robert Wright
Valuer & Sales Assistant
Having graduated in 2010 from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc Hons in Property Development, an RICS accredited degree, Robert joined Dee Atkinson & Harrison in May 2011. He is training as a residential valuer and estate agent and is actively involved in all aspects of the appraisal and marketing of our properties for sale. Robert plays a key part in the high quality presentation of all our clients’ properties, and is hoping for a long and varied career in the profession.
